Are you running into an issue and need our help to resolve it? Send us an email with your log files attached, and we'll have a look right away. Here's what to do:

  • Go to Help > Collect Logs for support.

  • Your Downloads folder will be opened, and a compressed file will be selected.

  • Email this file together with a description of the issue to

  • Bonus points for screenshots or screen recordings!
