Activating

After purchasing a license, either click the button in the email to activate Hedge, or go to Settings > License > Activate, and enter your license key.

You can also look up your licenses on https://account.hedge.video

Having trouble?

Sometimes, people have an issue activation. If so, there are a few things you can try before reaching out to us:

• In a browser like Chrome or Safari, activate using an url like appname://activate-trial?licensekey. Example: mimiq://activate-trial?1234-5678

• If that doesn't work, uninstall the app completely using AppCleaner and then reinstall.
