# Need help?

Follow the steps below to gather and email us your OffShoot logs so we can investigate.

1. `Transfer Logs`
   1. In OffShoot, press `Command-L`.
   2. Select a folder with the date of your logs.
   3. Right-click on the folder, then choose or click `Show in Finder`.
   4. Zip up those Transfer Logs.
2. `Event Log`
   1. Press `Shift-Command-L.`
   2. Click `Show in Finder`.
3. Email both the zipped up Transfer Logs and your Event Log to <hello@hedge.video>.

1. In OffShoot, click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, then go to `Help > Collect logs for support`.&#x20;

2. Save the resulting ZIP file to the desired folder (e.g. your Desktop).
3. Email that ZIP file to <hello@hedge.video>.
