Need help?

Follow the steps below to gather and email us your OffShoot logs so we can investigate.

macOS

1. Transfer Logs

   1. In OffShoot, press Command-L.

   2. Select a folder with the date of your logs.

   3. Right-click on the folder, then choose or click Show in Finder.

   4. Zip up those Transfer Logs.

2. Event Log

   1. Press Shift-Command-L.

   2. Click Show in Finder.

3. Email both the zipped up Transfer Logs and your Event Log to [email protected].
