Are you running into an issue and need our help to resolve it? Or perhaps you have some feedback? Send us a suppport request, and we'll be right on it. Here's what to do:

  • Go to Help > Request Support.

  • A window opens containing a support form.

  • Double-check that the name and email address are correct. We will reply to the submitted email address, so please change it if necessary.

  • Choose if you'd like to report a problem, general feedback or a feature request.

  • Provide a description.

  • Add a screenshot or screen recording.

  • Leave the Include Logs option checked to send us detailed information about PostLab's activity for investigation.

  • You are all set to send us the form, and we'll get back to you shortly.

Alternatively, send us an email:

  • Go to Help > Collect Logs for Support in case you ran into an issue.

  • Your Downloads folder will be opened, and a compressed file will be selected.

  • Email this file together with a description to [email protected].

  • Bonus points for screenshots or screen recordings!
