Hedge Funds are Hedge's customer loyalty program.
After each qualifying purchase, a percentage of that purchase amount is added to a Hedge Fund tied to your email. The balance of this Hedge Fund is available to use for future purchases through a coupon code.

As with every customer loyalty program, there is the inevitable small print:
1.1 Hedge Funds are awarded automatically. There is no need to opt in, and there is no obligation to use your Hedge Fund. If you wish to be removed from the Hedge Fund program, you can reach out to us by email:
2.1 Hedge Fund credit is awarded for purchases on hedge.video or other websites owned by Hedge's parent company, The Sync Factory B.V.
2.2 Hedge Fund credit is limited to software license purchases. Not eligible for Hedge Funds awards are services, subscriptions, purchases involving hardware, Hedge Funds credit purchases, and purchases done via partners, OEM/ODMs, or resellers.
3.1 Purchases of qualifying Hedge products will automatically update the balance of your Hedge Fund. Hedge Funds are automatically awarded and are tied to the email used for the purchase.
4.1 You are not entitled to receive Hedge Funds. Hedge Funds are a gift, not a right. We reserve the right not to award Hedge Funds, to retract or disable Funds (e.g., when foul play is suspected), and to change terms at any time without prior communication or requiring consent.
4.2 A Hedge Fund is tied to a coupon that can be used on any checkout for any of our software licenses. Hedge Funds cannot be applied to the purchase of services and subscriptions like (but not limited to) PostLab Cloud, PostLab Local, Drive cloud storage, and DropOff.
4.3 Hedge Funds cannot be combined with discounts; it's only possible to apply a Hedge Fund to a full-priced checkout or by replacing another coupon with your Hedge Fund coupon during checkout. If the funds in your Hedge Fund are not sufficient for the purchase, you'll be prompted to pay the remainder.
4.4 The balance of a Hedge Fund is updated based on the rounded net transaction value, which, if the purchase was not made in USD, is converted to USD with that day's conversion rate.
4.5 Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. We reserve the right not to give any insight into the calculation of your Hedge Fund, and we will not correspond on the topic.
4.6 The balance of a Hedge Fund is not convertible to cash or any other form.
4.7 The balance of a Hedge Fund can be moved to another email, via the Donate option in the License Manager . Note that it's not required to make a purchase with the same email the Hedge Fund is tied to; it's completely fine to gift your Hedge Fund balance to someone else.
4.8 Hedge Funds are non-refundable. If you did a purchase that involved a Hedge Fund, and you request a refund, the used Hedge Fund balance is not reinstated.
4.8 As required by EU law, Hedge Funds have an expiration date of 5 years. In other words, you have five years to spend your Hedge Fund credits.
5.1 Hedge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Hedge Funds program on purchases at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hedge website, License Manager, or other official channels.
6.1 Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Hedge Fund program, cancellation of existing Hedge Fund value, and may lead to account suspension or termination.
7.1 The laws of the European Union govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the European Union within the Netherlands.
