If you find yourself needing a hand, it's useful to send us some documents right away:
Command-L, then right-click the log and
Show in Finder
Shift-Command-L, then copy/paste its contents into a text file.
- In Hedge, press
Ctrl-Lto open the Transfer Logs folder in Windows Explorer.
- In Windows Explorer, locate
- In Hedge, click the menu in the top-left corner, then go to
Help > Collect logs for supportand save the Session Log to the desired folder (e.g. your Desktop).
