Need help?

If you find yourself needing a hand, it's useful to send us some documents right away:
  • Transfer Logs
    • Command-L, then right-click the log and Show in Finder
  • Event Log
    • Shift-Command-L, then copy/paste its contents into a text file.
  • Transfer Logs
    • In Hedge, press Ctrl-L to open the Transfer Logs folder in Windows Explorer.
  • Event Log
    • In Windows Explorer, locate Hedge.log in C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Roaming\Hedge\.
  • Session Log
    • In Hedge, click the menu in the top-left corner, then go to Help > Collect logs for support and save the Session Log to the desired folder (e.g. your Desktop).
