## Collection and Document status

Setting a status allows you to indicate the current phase in your process. To change a status, click the status button and select the appropriate option.

When you change a status, the activity feed will display an entry with information about who changed the status, when it was changed, and what the new status is.

Also the corresponding status icon will show next to the collection's or document's name. Setting a status to `No Status` will clear the icon.
